Inspection
We set up an appointment to inspect the roof:
A thorough inspection of the roof and attic venting system will be performed. If there is damage, whether it’s minor repairs or a replacement, we will provide details and explain what conditions are present. A report is also provided with our quote that includes pictures of the damage and a weather incident report specific to your address to help identify the dates of damage.
Insurance or Direct
Often we help customers work with their insurance and meet the adjuster on site and confirm they are covering all the needed components of the roof system. In this case, we have a signed agreement of work for insurance proceeds. This also allows us to work with your insurance to ensure that they are covering all the components of your roof system.
If we do not need to assist with insurance or it’s just time to get your roof replaced, we will provide a direct quote for work to be completed.

Completion
Once we have a signed agreement we will proceed to selecting the right color for your new roof. We have several tools to assist with this, like this link here, but seeing the full shingle samples on site is the best way to make a decision. We will also discuss the install process and identify any items that may need to be moved or addressed prior to install.
The day before install the shingles will be delivered on the roof for install. This is done with a large truck with a long conveyor belt that will need most of the space of your driveway. They don’t take long to load the roof.
Day of install will start at 7:00AM with staging the job. As the old shingles are removed they are loaded in to a trailer at your driveway. There are no piles of shingles around your house making a mess.
As they transition to install, the crew will alternate coming down through out the day to take a break, clean nails, and material that might have fallen around the house. We also run magnets throughout your yard to ensure no nail is left behind. I have a larger crew so almost all roof installs can be completed same day or 2 days for larger roofs.
Once completed, I will inspect the work, walk the yard, and ensure no damage or nails were left behind. I will then send you an invoice and detailed pictures of the completed roof for yours and insurance records.
